Job Description: Identifying welding processes, materials & equipment used in a variety of industries including construction, shipbuilding , piping , pipeline   Creating and implementing new welding methods, equipment, and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity Training other welders on new techniques, processes or changes in design;                 Designing and manufacturing prototypes of new welding equipment and devices;    Conducting failure analyses and cause analyses on welding issues              #Airswift #WeAreAirswift #WeldingEngineer
