Here, you will make an impact by: + Leading troubleshooting efforts + Implementing modifications + Determining root causes of equipment failures + Supporting engineering and production + Creating solutions to increase equipment reliability **Required:** To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: + Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start). + Possess a two (2) year Technical Degree in a maintenance field (completed and verified prior to start) OR a minimum of two (2) years of maintenance work experience + Possess a current and valid Driver's License + Ability to work overtime and ability to work rotating shifts (First and Second) **Desired:** Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: + Possess a two (2) year technical degree and five (5) years of industrial maintenance experience in a private, public, government, or military environment completed and verified prior to start. + Welding certificate from an accredited institution + Related experience in a heavy industrial environment + Ability to work independently or with teams + Strong written and oral communication skills **Pay & Benefits:** + _The starting rate of pay for this position is $35.01. This range represents a good-faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
