This role requires the ability to read blueprints, fabricate metal components, and work with various materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to quality and safety. Responsibilities:Perform MIG and TIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum componentsRead and interpret blueprints and production drawings to lay out and fabricate projectsUse plasma cutters, grinders, and measuring tools to cut, shape, and inspect workpiecesOperate forklifts and pallet-jacks to move materialsMaintain cleanliness of welding equipment and work area, monitor inventory levels, and ensure compliance with safety guidelinesQualifications and Requirements:Minimum 5 years of MIG and TIG welding experienceMinimum 5 years of fabrication experienceProficient in reading blueprints and using measuring instrumentsAbility to lift up to 75 lbs.Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and focus on manufacturing qualityWelding certification Benefits and Perks:Competitive pay based on experienceMedical, dental, and vision benefitsPaid holidaysOpportunities for training and career advancement
