What You’ll DoPerform MIG welding to produce steel and aluminum componentsSet up welding machines, adjust settings, and replace wire/tips as neededRead and follow blueprints to ensure accurate productionInspect parts using visual checks and basic measurement toolsPlace completed parts on conveyor lines or designated areasOperate grinders to remove burrs and excess weldTrack daily production and maintain accurate output recordsReport any machine issues to supervisors or maintenanceMonitor materials and communicate shortagesWhat We’re Looking ForBasic MIG welding skills (training or school experience welcome!)Ability to read and understand blueprintsWelding certification (trade school, community college, or equivalent)Preferred Skills (Not Required)Experience with flux‑core weldingFamiliarity with fabrication techniquesComfortable working with 16–12 gauge steelWhy You’ll Love Working Here
