You’ll handle weld preparation, execution, finishing, and repairs — including fixing submerged arc weld seams using specialized equipment. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform welding & finishing operations to meet quality standards + Repair discontinuities in submerged arc weld seams + Interpret and follow customer specifications & drawings + Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment + Use precision measuring instruments for inspections + Perform grinding using manual & power tools + Follow all safety & housekeeping standards + Complete additional assigned duties **Essential Skills & Qualifications** + Minimum **1 year** welding experience + Proficiency in assigned welding techniques + Knowledge of weld setup parameters (amps, volts, etc.) + Experience with precision measuring tools + Ability to use mobile device applications **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Saint Charles, MO. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $49920.00/yr.
