**Hiring for Welders in the Cedar Rapids area!** **What You’ll Do:** + Perform MIG welding on aluminum feed trailers using .035 wire + Set up and adjust welding equipment for optimal performance + Inspect materials and joints to ensure quality and compliance with specifications + Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate weld placement + Measure and verify dimensions using tape measures and precision tools + Grind, clean, and prepare surfaces prior to welding + Work in various positions, including climbing inside trailers and working overhead + Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals **What We’re Looking For:** + 6+ months of MIG welding experience + Ability to read a tape measure and interpret blueprints + Knowledge of hand and power tools **Why You’ll Love It:** + Competitive pay with raise potential + Profit sharing + Paid vacation and holidays + 401(k) and Roth plans + Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance + Performance reviews at 90 days and 6 months **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
