**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Perform welding tasks in accordance with Fisher’s standards using GTAW, SMAW, and GMAW processes.
+ Work closely with the Supervisor and relevant sections on all welding-related activities, including rework.
+ Ensure production meets Fisher Quality Standards and on-time delivery requirements.
+ Maintain daily housekeeping and machine upkeep.
+ Perform daily maintenance on welding machines.
+ Update Job Pack and move Oracle transactions after process completion.
+ Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area.
+ Report tool, consumable, or equipment issues/requirements to the Supervisor.
+ Carry out other related duties as assigned.
**Who You Are:**
+ A disciplined and skilled welder who demonstrates strong ownership of quality and safety.
+ Able to collaborate effectively with Inspectors, Planners, Buyers, Assemblers, Machinists, and Engineers.
+ Responsible, proactive, and committed to maintaining high workmanship standards.
+ Someone who takes initiative, is action-oriented, and performs well under production demands.
**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Minimum 5 years of welding experience in manufacturing or fabrication industries.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience welding pressure parts.
+ Proficiency in GTAW, SMAW, and GMAW welding processes.
+ Familiarity with basic welding machine settings.
+ Age between 25 and 45.
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
+ Strong experience in multi-process welding with consistently high-quality output.
+ Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve welding defects.
+ Ability to optimize welding processes to improve workflow and reduce defects.
+ Good interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
+ Ability to follow instructions, uphold safety standards, and exercise Stop Work Authority when necessary.
