**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled welder/fitter to join our team, specializing in working with mild steel and large mining equipment such as Dump Bodies, Fuel Bodies, and Lube Trucks. The ideal candidate should be proficient in reading blueprints and welding FCAW in all positions.
**SHIFT** : 5a-3:30p (Mon-Thurs)
**Responsibilities**
+ Read and interpret blueprints to execute welding tasks accurately.
+ Work with mild steel and perform welding on large mining equipment.
+ Utilize FCAW welding techniques in all positions.
+ Engage in fabricating and assembling components, including simple wrenching valves, pipe, and hydraulic assemblies.
**Essential Skills**
+ Strong welding and fitting skills.
+ Proficiency in MIG and FCAW welding techniques.
+ Experience in blueprint reading and interpretation.
+ Ability to work with steel and fabricate components.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Entry-level candidates are welcome, with welding tests conducted to assess skills.
+ Experience in simple wrenching and assembly tasks is beneficial.

**Work Environment**
The role is based in a large, clean manufacturing shop employing approximately 75 people. The facility operates under lean manufacturing principles, providing a structured and efficient work environment.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Post Falls, Idaho.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
