**Job Title: Welder** Job Description We are seeking skilled welders to perform repair welds on parts that robotic welders may have missed. The role involves maintaining production numbers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality parts in a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities + Perform repair welding on parts missed by robotic welders. + Set up jigs and fixtures, making necessary adjustments to equipment used in product production. + Operate equipment efficiently to meet production standards and use measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met. + Maintain accurate records and a clean work area. + Follow all verbal and written instructions regarding the operation of dies and equipment. + Conduct fixture set-ups and operations, buffing, spot welding, operating special welding fixtures, mig welding, loading jigs, packing, deburring, sorting, and reworking parts. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Mig welding and ability to pass a weld test. + Experience working in a manufacturing environment. + Experience in a welding capacity, either in farming or manufacturing. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Machine loading experience is a plus. + Ability to maintain punctuality and consistent attendance. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Shelbyville, Kentucky. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
