**Job Title: Welder**
**Job Description**
We are seeking qualified MIG welders with experience in working with aluminum. Join a dedicated team where your skills will be valued and utilized in creating high-quality products.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform MIG welding on aluminum materials.
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality standards are met.
+ Occasionally assist in other non-welding tasks such as picking up trash, loading trucks, cleaning work areas, and servicing equipment.

**Work Environment**
Work in a non-climate controlled facility with a team of about 25 welders, aiming to expand to 30. The work schedule is from 6:00 AM to about 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Dress code includes jeans or cotton dress pants and long sleeve shirts while welding.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of KANSAS CITY, Missouri.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
