While fitting and fabrication experience is a bonus, it's not mandatory. **Responsibilities:** + Weld and fabricate structural steel components + Interpret blueprints to guide welding operations + Use flux core and MIG welding techniques **Experience:** + **Proficiency in flux core and MIG welding** + Ability to read and understand blueprints + **Experience with structural steel fabrication** + **Familiarity with TIG welding and fitting techniques** + Knowledge of mild steel materials **Benefits:** + **Competitive hourly pay up to $22-32, depending on experience** + **Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr.
