**Job Title: MIG Welder**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team in a fabrication shop environment. This role involves welding galvanized sheet metal to attach joints, specifically focusing on roofing curbs for HVAC units. The ideal candidate will have experience in MIG welding and the ability to set up welding equipment and replace tanks or wire as needed.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform repetitive welding of galvanized sheet metal to attach joints.
+ Set up and maintain welding equipment, including replacing tanks and wire.
+ Conduct MIG welding on various products, with a focus on roofing curbs for HVAC units.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 1+ years of experience in MIG welding.
+ Experience in welding and fabrication.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Proficiency in welding and MIG techniques.

**Work Environment**
Work in a non-climate-controlled, smaller fabrication shop. Choose between two shifts: 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, or 2nd shift from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, Florida.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
