**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled welders to perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of materials, including aluminum, stainless steel, inconel, and titanium. As a welder, you will utilize tools such as calipers and micrometers to ensure that each part meets our high standards. You will also maintain critical tolerances and flatness of 0.03 inches, and perform post-weld straightening. **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, inconel, and titanium. + Use calipers and micrometers to ensure precision and quality standards. + Maintain tolerances and flatness of 0.03 inches. + Perform post-weld straightening. + Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive team environment. **Essential Skills** + 5 years of experience with GTAW (Tig), GMAW PULSE (Mig), and FLUX CORE (Arc Weld). + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience maintaining tolerances and flatness of 0.03 inches. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Trade School Certification. + Experience in fabrication. + Proficiency in Tig and Flux core welding. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
