Job Summary

We are hiring a Welder Fabricator to join our team in Cheney, WA. This role involves cutting and welding structural metal and fabricating custom HVAC and air filtration units for commercial buildings such as labs, universities, and manufacturing plants. You’ll work in a hands-on shop environment using a variety of tools and machines.

Key Responsibilities

Cut I-beams, channels, and other structural metalWeld metal components using MIG and wire feed techniquesFabricate custom cooling, heating, and air filtration unitsRead and follow blueprints for layout and executionOperate machines like pipe threaders, shears, band saws, overhead cranes, and iron workersWork at a steady pace and collaborate with other departments

Required Skills

Proficient in MIG weldingAble to read and interpret blueprintsStrong measuring and math skills (fractions to decimals)Mechanical aptitude with hand and power toolsAble to lift and carry heavy items

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
