**Job Title: Welder** Job Description We are seeking skilled MIG welders to join our team. You will be responsible for following engineered drawings and blueprints to set up and operate welding machines, manufacturing custom metal parts and equipment. Responsibilities + Read and interpret engineered drawings and blueprints. + Set up and operate welding machines to manufacture custom metal parts. + Perform MIG welding tasks with precision and efficiency. + Ensure adherence to safety procedures while working. + Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production goals. Essential Skills + Experience with MIG welding or trade school welding certification. + Ability to read blueprints and engineered drawings. + Proficiency in performing basic shop math. + Strong knowledge of safety procedures.
