**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Perform welding and fabrication on plant equipment and structures.
+ Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical systems to ensure safe operation.
+ Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime.
+ Operate cutting torches, grinders, and other welding tools safely and efficiently.
+ Follow safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Demonstrated proficiency in welding techniques and fabrication.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
+ Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
+ Capability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems.
+ Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
