**Welder - Lamar, SC** Olsten Staffing is currently hiring **skilled MIG Welders** in the Lamar, SC area. **Shifts & Pay:** + **1st Shift:** 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM | $22/hour + **2nd Shift:** 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM | $24/hour **Requirements:** + Minimum **2 years of MIG welding experience** + Must pass a **weld test** and a **measurement test** + Ability to read and interpret **blueprints** + Strong attention to detail and commitment to **safety protocols** **Job Responsibilities:** + Operate MIG welding machines with precise settings + Join metal parts using electric arc welding with shielding gas + Prepare and inspect metal surfaces prior to welding + Perform quality inspections on completed welds + Maintain welding equipment in proper working condition **Why Olsten?** For over 60 years, Olsten Staffing has been matching great candidates with great opportunities.
