To apply, email your resume directly to: amorello@aerotek .com **Position Highlights:** + Contract-to-hire opportunity – strong welders with great attendance and attitude may be offered permanent roles. + Hands-on work with Stick Welding and Flux Core Welding on structural steel. + Work from blueprints, work orders, or verbal instructions to complete high-impact tasks. **Responsibilities:** + Weld structural metal components using flux core welding equipment. + Operate wire feeder systems and adjust machine settings (temperature, gas, speed). + Troubleshoot equipment and perform high-temperature, precision welds. + Apply your knowledge of materials and welding techniques to deliver quality results. **Requirements:** + Experience in Flux Core Welding is preferred, but entry-level candidates with basic welding knowledge are encouraged to apply. + Ability to read and follow blueprints or instructions. + Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a positive attitude. + Must be able to pass a weld test during the interview. **Location:** Oakland Park, FL Shifts Available: First & Second Ready to take the next step in your welding career?
