Overview

Join a collaborative team producing high-quality building products. This role focuses on MIG welding (primarily aluminum) with occasional TIG work, in a well-equipped, team-oriented facility.

Key DutiesMIG weld aluminum, steel, and stainless (18-gauge to 3/8”).Perform occasional TIG welds.Use wires: .360, 4043, 5356, .035.Visually inspect welds for quality.Certify specific welds as needed.Work alongside 4–5 welders per shift.Qualifications1+ year welding experience (school or hands-on).Skilled in MIG welding, fabrication, and blueprint reading.Familiar with wire feed, sheet metal, and aluminum welding.Why Join UsFlexible schedules and part-time options.Strong team culture with long-tenured staff.Excellent benefits and overtime available.Individual welding bays; all gear provided (except helmet).Smoke-free facility.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.55 - $23.55/hr.
