Job Description

Join a leading manufacturer of steel containers for the waste, construction, recycling, and energy sectors. We are seeking skilled welders to work in a fast-paced production environment, where you will be responsible for welding and fabricating steel containers, primarily using MIG welding techniques. Experience in production welding is preferred, and you will be expected to meet daily production goals.

ResponsibilitiesWork on a production line to meet daily output goals of 15-18 containers.Perform MIG welding on walls, floors, frames, sub-assemblies, and gates.Ensure all products are structurally sound and meet quality standards.Collaborate with team members to maintain safety and quality on the production floor.Essential Skills1-2 years of welding experience, preferably in a production environment.Proficiency in MIG welding, fabrication, and blueprint reading.Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with a focus on safety and quality.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with fitting and production welding is a plus.A proactive and 'get it done' attitude is essential.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a growing company that manufactures steel containers and dumpsters for commercial use. The facility is not climate-controlled and includes multiple production lines, including the Green Line for standard products, the Red Line for custom orders, and Sub Assemblies for fabricating hook-ups. The company is expanding, with plans for a potential 900,000 sq ft expansion on existing property.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milton, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
