As a mechanic with us the minimum responsibilities are: + Refurbishing and repairing front-end and roll-off containers. + Performing MIG, TIG, and Arc welding in various positions. + Assisting Heavy Duty mechanics with compactors and other equipment repairs. + Painting bins and contributing to overall shop order. + Delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. + Adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace. + Perform other job-related duties as assigned. **What We Need From You:** + Experience with MIG, TIG, and Arc welding in various positions. + Strong mechanical aptitude and fabrication skills. + Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs. and work independently. + Willingness to take direction and learn new skills. + Safety-conscious with attention to detail. + Available to work Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as needed. + Must be able to pass all pre-employment requirements **What You’ll Get From Us:** + Competitive Wages: As per Union Contract + Retirement Plan with company match; let us help you save for your future + Benefits; Medical, Dental, Vision + Perks, perks, perks!
