**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** As a Welder, you will be responsible for refurbishing used paper mill machine parts. You will weld components and assemble them as required, working off blueprints on a daily basis. Flexibility in your welding techniques is essential, as you will perform both MIG and TIG welding depending on the project's needs. Additionally, you will conduct your own inspections to ensure the quality of your work. **Responsibilities** + Refurbish used paper mill machine parts by welding and assembling components. + Work from blueprints and adapt welding techniques as needed. + Perform MIG and TIG welding depending on project requirements. + Conduct inspections to verify the quality of welded components. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of experience with TIG, Flux Core, and MIG welding on stainless and carbon steel. + Proficiency in reading blueprints, tape measures, and protractors. + ASME Certification in welding techniques including Mig, Tig, and Flux Core. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in welding on stainless and carbon steel. + Ability to perform self-inspections of welded components. **Why Work Here?** You will find a supportive work environment where employees are treated well, and there is a strong culture of promoting from within. While it is not air-conditioned, which may result in warmer conditions during the summer, safety is prioritized with the requirement of steel-toed boots and safety glasses. You will have the option to work during 1st shift hours (6AM-4:30PM, Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday) or 2nd shift hours (4:15PM-2:45AM, Monday-Thursday). **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Lebanon, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr. 401k.
