**Welder $20-$30 an hour based on skills** **Job Description** Join a dynamic weld department that is expanding its team to cover additional shifts. You will be instrumental in completing welds on production runs for various parts across multiple industries. This role offers a job shop atmosphere with varying production run sizes. **Work Environment / Shift** Work in a metal fabrication manufacturing setting that maintains a fairly clean environment, though it is not climate controlled. Available shifts include: 1st shift (6:50am - 3pm), 2nd shift (2:50pm - 11pm), and 3rd shift (10:50pm - 7am). **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG welding primarily on steel, with occasional aluminum welding for specific customer orders. + Interpret blueprints to determine weld placement and integration into the final product. + Utilize a tape measure to ensure welds are accurately positioned and meet specified lengths. + Complete fabrication tasks as needed. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in MIG welding. + Ability to interpret blueprints. + Skillful use of tape measure for precision. **Why Work Here?** Become part of a growing company that is opening multiple locations.
