**Job Title: Welder**
**Job Description**
The welder will be responsible for TIG and MIG welding, as well as cutting and grinding their own materials.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform TIG and MIG welding tasks.
+ Cut and grind materials as required.
+ Ensure adherence to assembly blueprints and models.
+ Construct barriers and racks as specified.
+ Maintain high-quality output in welding tasks.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding.
+ Experience in grinding and cutting materials.
+ Ability to work with sheet metal.
+ Understanding of assembly blueprints.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to multitask and wear multiple hats.
+ Comfortable working overtime, including Saturdays.
+ Strong attendance and punctuality.

**Work Environment**
The work hours are from 5:30am to 2:00pm, Monday through Friday. The environment includes large machinery and involves working with leather and plastic materials layered in the workshop. Personal protective equipment such as gloves and eyewear are required. Dress comfortably for onboarding and training, which lasts two weeks.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Camarillo, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
