Job Description
We are seeking a skilled welder to perform 045 MIG production welding on mild steel in the flat position. The role involves working off of blueprints and utilizing hand and power tools such as hammers and band saws. You will also perform fixture welding and minor duties such as grinding and blasting using Lincoln welders.

Work Environment
The facility is clean, organized, and tobacco-free, with high ceilings. Though there is no AC, doors remain open in the summer, and we provide Gatorade and ice cream for comfort. Training is available on the 2nd shift, which runs from 2:45-11:45pm, with overtime after hours and currently working 10-hour shifts. The shop has 55-60 employees, three weld groups, and 12 bays. Steel toes, weld helmets, and weld gloves are required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Mills, Wisconsin
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
