**Job Title: Welder** **Pay: $32/hr** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman with a minimum of 2 years of aluminum welding experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in welding platforms, handrails, gates, and water hose rails. Speed and efficiency in performing fillet welds using spool guns and push-pull guns are essential. **Responsibilities** + Perform aluminum welding on platforms, handrails, gates, and water hose rails. + Execute fillet welds using spool guns and push-pull guns. + Utilize basic math skills for conversions and calculations. + Read and operate measuring tools such as tape measures, squares, protractors, and dial calipers. + Work collaboratively in a team environment with a positive attitude. + Demonstrate dependability and self-motivation. + Lift up to 65 lbs as needed. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years of experience in aluminum welding. + Proficient in using spool guns and push-pull guns. + Basic math skills for performing conversions and calculations. + Ability to read and use measuring tools such as tape measures, squares, protractors, and dial calipers. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with TIG welding on aluminum is preferred. + Knowledge of MIG welding and fabrication processes. + Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder or in a similar role. + Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and equipment. + Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications. + Familiarity with hand and power tools used in fabrication work. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a dynamic work environment with a variety of welding tasks, ensuring that no two days are the same. Required tools include a square, two hold pins, level, and tape measure. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
