This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Parma on a full-time basis.** **The Role:** You will be responsible for providing daily welding/dispense technical support to the Maintenance and Quality teams. This work will include being the technical resource for assisting with troubleshooting welding/dispense related equipment failures, coaching/teaching maintenance team members to improve their troubleshooting skills, acting as one of the technical resources for GMW standards, and supporting the Quality/Production teams to make continuous improvements in our welding/dispense processes.
