Description
\t\t\t\t\t•\tApply engineering principles & analytical techniques to establish and continuously improve manufacturing processes and products. •\tImplement interim and permanent corrective actions to resolve quality issues using 8D tool, 6 panel, etc. •\tManage and direct statistical process control activities. •\tKnowledge of and ability to execute measurement systems analysis & variable data analysis. •\tIdentify sources of variation within a production environment effectively and efficiently. •\tSupport expedited concern resolution with cross functional teams including the Quality Dept, Production, and Suppliers. •\tReview incoming quality concerns to maintain quality with assigned area; experience with initiating containment, determining root cause and implementing corrective actions. •\tDevelop and manage joining techniques, materials, and technologies •\tApply knowledge of joining technology, equipment controllers, and weld gun design and evaluation techniques. •\tExecute and verify joining processes and procedures. •\tImplement the joining certification strategy. •\tUnderstand joining schedule development. •\tImplement joining control plans and requirements.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr.
