Key Responsibilities: Track welding consumables and supplies. Monitor inventory levels and reorders consumables as needed. Issue proper welding supplies to welders per job requirements. Maintain organized records for consumable traceability and compliance.

 

Qualifications and Skills: High School diploma or equivalent experience. Prior experience in a quality control or welding environment is helpful, with a strong understanding of welding consumables. Strong organizational and inventory management skills. Possesses effective communication and teamwork skills. Basic computer proficiency (i.e. Excel, inventory systems) Familiarity with the distribution and tracking of welding supplies. Experience in an ASME environment is a plus. Ability to read and write English language. Strong attention to detail is a must

 

Working Conditions: Heat, noisy, dusty, dirty, cold, chemical exposures, pinching hazards, stand for periods of time, able to bend, push/pull, twist, squat, crawl, lift & climb, requires 50 lb. lifting ability, and exposed to normal shop hazards
