Coordinating issues between different clusters and applications; Supporting the establishment of the newly introduced processes of TU Leitstand (Test Environment coordination); Supporting of projects in relation to test environment issues; Designing and optimizing these processes together with other team members and Test Masters from all clusters in the delivery organization; Contributing to a better overall understanding of the processes around the critical technical (E2E) processes in the test environments; Supporting the technical expansion of the environments in response to technological developments (e.g. cloud); Moderating of incident calls with Commerzbank's other units; Helping develop and optimize methods to measure the availability of the test environments.
