Eliciting, gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for MQ workflows and solutions; Collaborating with stakeholders internally and externally to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance guidelines; Working closely with development and infrastructure teams to define and understand MQ architecture and solutions; Assisting in the design, configuration, and testing of MQ solutions following industry standards and security best practices; Taking part in defining strategies for migrating legacy MQ infrastructure to modern infrastructure systems (e.g. API, Kafka); Developing and maintaining clear documentation, including business process workflows, technical specifications, and user guides; Working with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
