Owning and evolving the Firewall Subservice roadmap in alignment with NSI strategy and security requirements; Managing the product backlog, prioritize features and enhancements, and ensure timely delivery of service improvements; Collaborating with engineering, operations, and security teams to ensure robust and compliant firewall operations; Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across business and IT regarding firewall capabilities and service performance; Ensuring integration and alignment with related services such as DDI, SIEM, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP); Overseeing service KPIs including incident response time, deployment timelines, and change success rates; Coordinating with external vendors and internal teams on tooling such as Fortinet (Fortigate, Fortimanager, Fortianalyzer), Guardicore, COMFORT, and Algosec; Maintaining awareness of dependencies and ensuring operational integrity across environments (Prod, NSI-LAB); Supporting audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives using tools like Archer and ComRAM.
