Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design effective migration strategies from IBM MQ to Kafka; Proposing an appropriate technical architecture and discussing the design within the team; Performing hands-on configuration, installation, and tuning of IBM MQ and Kafka environments; Developing and maintaining automation scripts and tools to streamline the migration process; Supporting customers during migration to the new version of IBM MQ and Kafka; Creating a comprising technical documentation; Monitoring and analyzing system performance, capacity, and availability, making recommendations for improvements as needed; Developing dashboards [ELK + Prometheus stack] and alerting to proactively monitor and mitigate incidents [HPSM] and reduce resolution times.
