Defining a clear product vision and strategy for DASY and Nexus, and aligning it with organizational goals and customer needs; Managing the product backlog by prioritizing tasks, refining user stories, and updating acceptance criteria based on user needs, business priorities, and market trends; Planning and coordinating sprints with the development team, prioritizing requirements based on customer feedback and resource availability; Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into actionable tasks for the development team; Analyzing customer feedback to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement; Overseeing the release process to ensure quality guidelines are met and new features or updates are optimally scheduled; Monitoring and analyzing product performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and achieve KPIs.
