Maintaining in a prudent manner all service products in good administrative conditions as required by the cluster and the business, including all related cross-functional tasks; Understanding the business content, thus building the communication bridge between the business (Front Office: Traders & Sales) and the IT (developers, testers, operations); Analysis and understanding of overall Cluster architecture and applications in order to identify opportunities to enhance not only the systems within Regulatory Sales Tools but also the overall user experience – thereby, ensuring that internal and external standards are met;  Acquiring deep technical knowledge of the applications and performing various configuration activities to support the business needs; Implementation and support of new functions, modules and/or interfaces of the applications as required by the business needs; Backlog managing, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories; Ensuring product functionality is properly documented; Ensuring stable operation of application in alignment with defined service level agreements, guidelines and regulatory.
