Providing 3rd level support for operating and implementing wired and wireless networks of branch and campus environments; Handling and solving Service Requests, Incidents, Changes and Problems; Further development of network environments with a strong focus on solution quality, stability and resiliency; Being responsible for continuous improvement of operational processes and documentation; Actively participating and coordinating various network and network security projects; Expected tasks split 40% operations and 60% projects; Close cooperation and collaboration with 2nd level support unit, network architecture and internal departments as well as external partners and suppliers; Advising and guiding 2nd level support unit during service lifecycles.
