In this role, you will act as a key advisor and sparring partner to business leaders, driving global and regional HR projects and initiatives that add significant value to the business.

What you will be doing? 

Providing strategic guidance to management within CE, enabling them to achieve their corporate objectives through effective HR practices. Driving the coordination of HR processes within the dedicated area, with a focus on risk mitigation and resource optimization. Leading and facilitating structural changes within your area of responsibility. Monitoring staff retention and employee engagement and taking appropriate actions when required. Coordinating the performance review process, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and the company processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Ensuring that individual HR initiatives are in harmony with global and regional standards, promoting consistency and excellence. Coordinating the training plan and budget and leveraging all available development resources (training platforms, portfolio rounds etc) to support employee growth and business success. Leading the annual salary and bonus review processes in the designated areas. Ensuring adherence to global and local remuneration principles, supporting fairness and consistency in compensation practices.
