Building up knowledge in the policies, guidelines, and processes of the bank, which are relevant to the Digital Workplace Cluster; Contributing to the creation of governance procedures and reports, which aim to identify compliance and/or quality issues; Evaluating the reports and identify areas of improvement, process adherence gaps and compliance risks; Creating a plan for action to mitigate the issues and involve all relevant stakeholders; Supporting the cluster members, who are responsible for mitigating the issues by explaining the requirements, providing guidance and performing quality reviews; Tracking and reporting progress.
