Mornings start with simple daily and monthly checks and activities. During the day, there will be regular or ad-hoc tasks related to issues, master data maintenance (GL accounts, company codes, ECCS consolidation, profit centers), payment process, foreign exchange revaluation process, system errors, job and SAP BW process chains monitoring, job maintenance within SAP and UC4 From the end users you will receive questions and queries requiring deep analysis, testing and fixes or updates. You will be responsible for raising and maintaining requests, tasks, incidents, changes and problems. You will coordinate production releases. You will prepare reports based on user or audit requirements. You will take part in daily and weekly meetings with our colleagues from Development or the Cluster. You will communicate with end users mainly via email or ticketing system. You will cooperate and share tasks with other colleagues from our Application Operations team.
