As an operator, you will be involved in operational tasks in the lifecycle of software deployment and maintenance: Your main duty is supporting software deployments in production environments. Conducting analysis and log research to identify and troubleshoot errors, requiring both process skill and a deep understanding of the technologies used. You will communicating and collaborate on operational solutions and improvements with teams based in Sofia, Quickborn, and Rostock. Assisting in defining operational best practices and ensuring compliance with quality assurance measures. In case of incidents or issues, you will analyse problems and collaborate closely with other teams to design solutions. You will be the expert on operational processes and tools within your scrum team, ensuring smooth deployments and maintenance. You will be supporting the Product Owner with regulatory documentation as a Technical Product Manager
