Administration and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management (Time Sheet & Time Tracking). Support in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors projects and rollouts. Conducting workshops with HR departments in the rollout project. Processing support requests in 2nd / 3rd level support incl. error analyses, problem resolutions, tests, and compliant production implementation of change requests. Internal implementation of the semi-annual SAP Success Factors releases. Expansion and improvement of processes in the existing system. Coordination with neighboring teams for the further development and stabilization of interfaces and processes (especially between SuccessFactors and SAP R3).
