Administration and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Story Reporting; Support in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors projects and rollouts; Conducting workshops with HR departments in the rollout project; Processing support requests in 2nd / 3rd level support incl. error analyses, problem resolutions, tests, and compliant production implementation of change requests; Internal implementation of the semi-annual SAP Success Factors releases; Expansion and improvement of processes in the existing system; Coordination with neighboring teams for the further development and stabilization of interfaces and processes (especially between SuccessFactors and SAP R3); Technical contact for the Third Party Payroll Provider within the existing IT infrastructure; Possible participation in projects for further outsourcing of payroll at international locations;
