Leveraging modern observability tools and introducing AI-driven features to improve incident detection and resolution. Optimizing and extending Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines in collaboration with development teams. Supporting and gradually taking ownership of OpenShift platform-related tasks (e.g., Helm chart deployments, container lifecycle). Following ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management) while adhering to Agile/Scrum methodologies. Building and sharing expertise in supported applications and participating in the implementation of new functionalities. Gaining a deep understanding of Commerzbank’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) mechanisms and security controls.
