Weekend On-Call Coordinator

Our Weekend On Call position helps our community “live assured” by coordinating care for clients with the right caregivers. They collaborate with the local team to ensure our clients receive the best possible care and serve as case managers for the clients ongoing needs.

Ability to work evenings and holidays as needed and every other weekend.  Responsible for answering calls and communicating with caregivers, prospects, and clients every other weekend beginning at 4 PM on Friday and concluding at 8 AM on Monday.  (Evenings/holidays as needed would be 4pm to 8am) Establish and maintain relationships with clients and their families to match them with caregivers who could deliver the necessary services.    Build relationships with caregivers to connect them with clients and assignments that suit their needs, enhancing retention.       Answered phone calls professionally  Be flexible, capable of multitasking, and a team player. 

 

Care is Personal: Our work is about people, and we support their unique needs with respect, empathy and dedicated attention.

Create a positive, thorough, and welcoming on-boarding experience for new clients. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date scheduling system with client schedules, contact information and preferences.  Take new client inquiries.
