Production Operator (3-Day Workweek – 12-Hour Shifts)

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (3/12s)

Job Description

We are seeking a Production Operator with a strong manufacturing background to join our team. In this role, you will operate automated equipment, follow detailed process instructions, and support production goals in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor automated equipment.

Perform surface preparation tasks including remelt processing, slab evaluation, pixel debond, CO₂/ultrasonic cleaning, anneal, palletizing, etching, PCAT, and pixel sorting.

Conduct equipment checks and ensure machines are functioning properly.

Accurately document production data in systems.

Communicate production requirements across shifts.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Adhere to safety protocols, PPE usage, and company procedures.

Requirements

Previous manufacturing or production experience required.

COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions accepted where applicable)

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Familiarity with PPE and safe handling of chemicals (MSDS knowledge preferred).

Willingness to work a 12-hour weekend shift schedule.
