Our goal is to provide continuity for our clients while giving our nurses the flexibility and support they deserve. **Weekend Program Incentive:** Nurses who commit to working at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week and complete a minimum of three weekend shifts per month are eligible for an additional **2 hours of pay** for each qualifying weekend shift worked. For example, work an 8-hour shift and get paid for 10 hours.
