Requirements: CNA license in Pennsylvania OR at least 4 years of hands-on caregiving experience Reliable transportation and willingness to drive anywhere in Montgomery County with short notice Confident, adaptable, and experienced in various client care needs Strong communication skills and ideally, experience mentoring other caregivers Perks and Pay: $60 daily stipend just for being available (that’s $5/hour even if not dispatched) $22/hour when actively working with clients $0.70/mile for travel between clients Paid training and growth opportunities $300/year for continuing education 401(k) eligibility after 1 year What You’ll Do: Stay accessible during your scheduled on-call hours 7am-7pm (Weekdays) Fill in for last-minute shifts and new case openings Deliver high-quality care and support (ADLs, companionship, mobility help, etc.) Assist fellow caregivers with check-ins and training Observe and report client condition changes using AxisCare Coordinate with the office on care plan updates and follow-ups This is a perfect role for a caregiver who wants fun hours and takes pride in being the one others can count on.
