Job Responsibilities: Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing). Offer companionship and emotional support. Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping. Follow individualized care plans and schedules. Document care provided and report any client condition changes. Please note that each client is unique, and individual ADLs may vary.
