As a Website Operations Specialist on our team, you will:
As a Website Operations Specialist, you will:
Manage top navigation to ensure accuracy and alignment with current promotions.
Upload and update seasonal and ad hoc pricing files.
Maintain and organize backend files, including promo badges, product images, and country adoption files.
Create, configure, and validate promotions in the backend system.
Perform copy checks to ensure website content is accurate and on-brand.
Track, identify, and escalate website bugs for resolution.
Monitor and respond to customer ratings and reviews on the site.
Run and analyze enrichment reports to resolve listing issues.
Oversee product listings—ensuring accuracy and timely go-live or removal as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and consistent website experience.

Are bilingual or proficient in xxx with an advanced level of English
Have working knowledge of web navigation, equipment, and applications such as Contentstack, Salsify, Hybris, etc.
Are familiar with promotions, pricing, copy check, and promotion setup and validation
Have experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) or other relevant systems
Are detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Have a good disposition to work in a customer service environment
Possess strong customer care skills and the ability to understand the brand’s needs
Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to track and resolve issues efficiently
Can take ownership of tasks and progress them to resolution
Communicate effectively and work well in cross-functional teams

Salary 20000 euros gross/year + up to 2000 euros gross/year in bonus
