CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Website Developer, Journeyman. This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partner
G26 located in Wiesbaden, Germany. This position is required to travel OCONUS. This position is located OCONUS.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Provides website management support, including planning, designing, markup languages, scripting, testing, maintenance, and production
Employs commercial best practices and ensures website design incorporates appropriate security measures
Ensures publication-ready web content is professional quality and uses plain language
Manages web service/site changes through a structured configuration and change management process
Collaborates with users and collects feedback on website improvements
Designs and implements websites IAW information architectures, user interface features, site animation, and special effects that ensure predictable user interactions
Develops and maintains website information architecture baselines
Ensures copyrighted material is used appropriately
Identifies and resolves technical issues with web-based systems and content
Researches and recommends web technologies for distribution of content, collaboration, and information sharing and provides recommendations for improvements
Creates scripts and code that interact with web servers, develops content for web-based systems, and provides dynamic web content
Assists application development teams with development of portal apps, including functional requirements, analysis, user interface design, database design, security control setup, testing, and documentation
Develops user cases for information delivery, organizing, managing, maintaining, updating, writing, integrating, and editing web content
Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments
Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
Qualifications:
Required:
Experience 4-7 years with a BA/BS in related field preferred or equivalent experience considered.
Possess a Secret clearance with the ability to retain.
Certification – 8140 - CND
Exhibits strong proficiency in web development technologies, including markup languages, scripting, and content management systems.
Demonstrates expertise in website security, user interface design, and information architecture.
Possesses excellent communication skills for collaborating with users, collecting feedback, and presenting technical recommendations.
Shows creativity in developing dynamic web content, special effects, and user-friendly interfaces.
Applies structured methodologies for change management and problem-solving in web-based systems.
Showcases versatility in handling multiple complex assignments, from front-end design to back-end development and database integration.
Displays a keen understanding of copyright laws and best practices for professional web content creation.
Demonstrates mastery of GIS database administration and server management, preferably on ArcGIS environments.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
